Welcome back to Dreamers Academy! We are delighted to begin another exciting academic year with our students and families. Term 1 is a time for settling in, building routines, and laying the foundations for a successful year ahead.
This guide provides all the key information you need for the term — please read it carefully and keep it for reference. If you have any questions, our admin team is always happy to help.

Throughout the term, teachers will conduct ongoing assessments including class tests, projects, presentations, and homework tasks. These contribute to the overall term grade.
Formal examinations for Years 4–12 will be held from 14 November 2025. A detailed timetable will be shared with students and parents two weeks before exams begin.
Term 1 reports will be issued on the last day of term (12 December 2025). Reports will be available both in print (collected from the school office) and via the Student Records portal.
Homework is an important part of the learning process at Dreamers Academy. The following guidelines apply for Term 1:

Appointment slots are 15 minutes each and must be booked in advance through the school office or the online booking link that will be shared in October. Slots fill quickly — please book early.
Term 1 school fees are due by Friday, 5 September 2025. Late payment may result in your child being unable to participate in certain school activities. If you have any concerns about payment, please contact the bursar's office in confidence before the due date.
Fees may be paid by bank transfer, mobile money (MTN/Vodafone Cash), or in person at the school bursar's office. Please quote your child's student ID number with all payments.
